So, it’s okay to do creepy, sexual harassing shit if somone has done sex work in the past? No, it’s not.
Not a single part of that sentence IMPLIES sex work. Unless their contract explicitly included sex work, this is flat out sexual harassment.

The opposite, I’d say. OnlyFans allows people to do sex work with the internet acting as an insulating layer to protect against being directly confronted by people masturbating at them. (I mean, sure, people can still send pics/video, but that’s also true for every woman on the internet.) What West apparently had in mind was a fundamentally different kind of sex work (to which she apparently didn’t remotely consent).

If you hire someone for sex work, aren’t clear about what that entails, don’t pay them - and take actions that are by definition sexual harassment- it’s still sexual harassment.
Even if it’s a woman being sexually harassed.

The idea that sex workers somehow “can’t be sexually harassed” because of the nature of their profession is… very telling.

And that’s a really big IF. A salary of a million dollars per year is no reason to jump to conclusions about the nature of the work for which she was hired.
Nobody ever assumes that a man making ridiculous amounts of money must be sleeping with the boss.
