The IRS has long maintained no audits against churches or religious institutions as a policy since they don’t want to open up the chance that the establishment clause could come into play if they’re found to favor one religion vs another. So they generally are extremely hands off.

How much you want to bet the FBI isn’t so much as keeping an eye on this? Can’t divert attention from infiltrating antifa and civil rights and environmental groups for something as inconsequential as religious extremists claiming immunity from the law and directly threatening violence, don’t ya know.
