I’m mostly surprised with how mundane and inexpensive some of these items are. You would think it’s not worth her time.
So this could mean:

she neglected to receive dark money payoffs for her voting record (and needs every dollar for her eventual unemployment).

she definitely received dark money payoffs and her lawyers advised this was one strategy to cover it up (being someone who received $ would never want/need to do this).
