I feel like the lacrymatory sulfur compounds might stop you, but you can definitely try if you want. Maybe if you put a few toppings…lettuce, tomato, cheese, some kind of meat or equivalent…
I LOVE green onions to the point where I’ll just eat big piles of them straight up if they’re available, but this gives even me pause. Maybe there’s some special alchemy to it you have to taste to believe, but it sounds like a gross social media dare more than a gourmet treat.
Right? Anything that’s delicious in a cream sauce should be equally or more delicious as ice cream. Just omit the sugar
Wow! I’ve had some one try to get me into eating raw garlic at two points in my life and both times I learned that is a great way to get myself sick for a half day… The thought of amplifying that effect with coffee… hoooo I don’t think I have the fortitude for it.

I guess I slowly developed a stomach for it (?)-- there was definitely a burning gut-ache the first few times (I would chase it with yogurt to quench that fire).
I have no idea whether there’s a health benefit or not. Sometimes the smell of garlic oozes out of my pores if I eat more than one. Mosquitoes don’t seem to prefer me.
