We’ve basically swapped out plastics for vegetable or chemical aldulteration these days, right?

I was recently reading about Dr Hassall’s attempts to stop manufacturers adulterating processed foods (for example adding copper to preserved peas to make them more green). I shall have to dig into this one too.
