There are a number of online conversations about “hyper-realistic” cake designs like this one where commenters have exactly that thought.
It’s hard to find a dog-related cake design that isn’t either an ordinary cake with a plastic dog sitting on top of it or a dog looking soulfully into your eyes. Here are a couple of the others I considered.
