Unfortunately the NALC has been run by people beaten down by the system for a long time. I got to watch a few branch elections close up and they were nasty.
Not surprised but sorry to hear that, @moortaktheundea. It’s a great acronym at least (Ntl Association of Letter Carriers! - I love that) - I wouldn’t mind being in the room for any of those meetings, but imagine it has a bit of a Harlan Country USA vibe.
