The movie Memento Mori is about teenage lesbians in South Korea.

It is also the 2nd installment in the Whispering Corridors series. There are 5 films in the series, with a sixth set to arrive in 2020. So it might be a good time to watch all 5 so you won’t be behind when the 6th comes out (except that each film has different characters apparently so never mind).
