Converted from waving to spinning the arm, it should have been supplied with miniature baseballs to pitch.

Since these are electromagnet powered normally could that be amended to increase the frequency? Maybe changing the damping and the weight of the pendulum too?
I was reminded of this piece (I saw something similar, maybe an earlier iteration, with fewer penguins).
