I wasn’t sure if the site was supposed to be satirical, but that is the exact reason I didn’t click through.
Forgot the Pittsburgh Synagogue attack.
I would guess that it would take only a minor change to advertising and packaging to have these products selling as either pro or anti Trump merchandise. Sure, this site is aimed at the redcaps, but its counterpart would be selling the other line to the resistance.
Never mind team red or team blue, there’s plenty of people selling to both sides- their only team is team green.
Have to say, this is a spectacularly boring building set, not really requiring much skill.
Oh dear. Rule 34. (There’s already LegoPorn. I mean this specific set.)
notice I stopped my list at 2016 with an ellipsis. Pittsburgh Synagogue occurred in 2018.
Odd, no KKK figurines.
Manufactured in USA? Right?
Adding to the fail I believe the piece count is incorrect, but at least it is incorrect on the low side.
Base wall without half-connected bricks is 6 repeats of 15 bricks per two rows for 90 bricks.
There are 10 half-connected bricks bringing total to 100 pieces.
There is at least one plate (6x16 - could be two plates, image used on BB isn’t high enough resolution to tell) bringing total to 101 pieces.
Leaving zero pieces for the President figure, MAGA hat, and the safety cone (which may not be a piece, maybe just box art).
That’s right, the President Trump figure counts for ZERO.
(Aside: How good is real LEGO box art compared to this low effort crap.)
Looking more closely at the box, the Mexico side looks like a lot more fun! Fiesta flags, sombreros, colorful clothes. The US side just has some douche yelling.
Speaking of trademark infringement, that “MAGA Blocks” logo seems to be courting lawsuits from both LEGO and Mega Bloks. It would be fun to see their lawyers united in an IP battle to bring these creeps down.
This is very adequate, concerning the set’s theme.
We’re talking about people who elected a President who failed to correctly fill in the colors on the American flag even though he was in a room filled with American flags.
I’d just like to point out the minifigs’ heads are easy to swap, so you could give Trump the orange jumpsuit…
or Mar-A-Lego: The MAGA Movie
Don’t pay those people just to get the minifig. I’m sure that it wouldn’t be hard to design one, if someone hasn’t already.
Nah, it’ll be bad concrete covered with fake bricks.
It says it comes with a one Trump figure, so they got that covered.
