I wonder how much murkiness of the water in which albino fish live factors into their chances of survival. Most of my fishing is done in waters where people can’t see anything a foot below the surface. Maybe for fish far from the light near the surface, other creatures might be harder to detect.
I would appreciate a "deliciousness" comparison between albino and not albino catfish.
Noodlin’ like that is the stuff that local legends are made of.
Probably some, I am sure. In murkier waters, fish rely a lot more on their lateral lines or barbels (yes catfish will eat other species of catfish) for hunting prey.
The other other other white meat?
@PsiPhiGrrrl With regard to non-albino catfish I’d rather drink murkey water and sleep in a hollow log
