I’m having trouble pulling up the reference at the moment, but apparently this conduct is legal in Germany so long as you don’t leave your car pantless…

I don’t understand. Is this conduct unusual now? Kids these days are so stuffy.

But seriously…

From what I skimmed, the man in question isn’t a student, or faculty, or in any way affiliated with the school, which is somewhat concerning. He also has a history of indecent exposure, so I’m guessing ‘no pants’ means no underwear as well.

It’s a crime, you say? Uh oh!
No, wait, I’m fine, I don’t have a car.

So he was wearing a kilt then?

Shouldn’t that headline be Gentleman “driving around a college campus…”?

Yep. That sounds like a gentleman to me!

I remember when signs like that were common on restaurants. Nowadays they mostly say something like “casual dining attire required”. I wonder if it was because of people testing whether pants were optional.

Oh man, I had wondered what happened to that guy. How sad.

I recognize that one. Nice.

There could be extenuating circumstances. Sometimes, pants have ants in them. Also, when being untruthful, pants have been know to spontaneously combust.

A Scotsman tried a pair a pants on, and it damn near kilt him. :grimacing:
