My first instinct is of the typically creepy kind: he was doing something weird with it. But probably he had some kind of scam going, like he was selling it at a discount to someone else, so Mercy Hospital gets charged for $357k of skin they never used, and he sells it for $100k to some other hospital, pockets the money.

In other words, he’s involved in graft . . . skin graft.

Have they checked his PANTRY for unusual chicharrones?

Even if he’s not convicted, the lawyer’s fees alone could put him in the pore house.

You do realize that by telling people to not allow donation (period) you’re telling them to not donate those much needed internal organs, right?

When you fill out a donor card, you can choose which organs you want to donate. That’s all you need to do. Just say, “They can’t have the skin.” If you’re acting for another person who has died, ask their doctor which organs are in the best health and can be used. List them.

Still not a Delaware man, Rob. There is no Delaware County in Delaware, and in the USA we don’t identify people by their County without using the word “County”. He’s Pennsylvanian.

<sigh> Man, there’s enough people doing crazy bad stuff in Delaware you really don’t have to give us any extra criminals.
