Maybe somehow by random acts of happenstance, the driveway for A OK Autoworks should get covered in piles of various forms of animal excreta.
He could have filed dumping charges against the employer since they documented their dumping/pollution with a pay slip.
He can sue the gentleman in small claims court, and almost certainly get damages for the time it takes to clean and deposit the money.
Even after he cleans them, he still has to roll them all to be acceptable to a bank — thats 1830 rolls of pennies. More likely, he dumps it into Coinstar machine and takes a 12% loss.
Right, I forgot about the crazy interest rates with CoinStar…unless you’re willing to be paid in gift cards, I think. Which, the employee should not be forced into that choice.
But my bank lets us bring in loose change and they have their own sorting machine. They don’t charge interest. Of course, the lobbies aren’t open now, so I don’t know if that would even be an option.

Sounds like Walker hasn’t actually been in a fight, judging how he thinks he’s so tough. Life finds a way, asshole. Life finds a way.
I’ve used these in the UK, but found that often if I was taking in a few hundred £ the machine would fill up part way through and I’d have to take a lot of coins back another day. I suspect it may only take a thousand or so of each kind of coin
