The reckless and unreasonable physical violence used by the band member is disturbing. There was a band “usher” literally one second away from dealing with the obnoxious fan. There was no reason to escalate to situation to physical violence. The puncher should be charged with assault. He’s lucky the obnoxious fan didn’t crack his skull when he was knocked down.
TIL about the eggshell skull rule.
