We are going to have to find a more apt term for this. I mean, weed is already dry or it wouldn’t burn. We can’t use the word ■■■■■ either because reasons.

Hmm, “square” counties might confuse people who think you’re talking about the border lines. “uptight” is too broad. Maybe “austere”?
Counties/cities that allow weed could then be “dank”.
