I guess God is on “their” side.
And the only problems worth addressing are the ones where she can blame particular classes of people for the problems; other sorts of problems don’t exist.
I suspect someone once told her about cloud seeding and she extrapolated it could be done at the scale of a hurricane.
Dolt.
Giving her way too much credit. “Good” conspiracy theorists always include a kernel of truth to give that truthiness flavor. She has no idea that “truth” is even a thing.
She may have seen Max von Sydow doing that.
In this case the kernel of truth is that is plainly not usual weather, to the point where most people are starting to notice just from direct observation. It’s genuinely been influenced by human activity, just not the nonsense she made up.
Wasn’t the district she represents severely impacted by Hurricane Helene? Does she think this tweet is really the best use of her time when many of her constituents have likely lost the lives, their homes, and/or their livelihoods.
It had some impacts, like my cousin ended up having to shut down his kayak/tubing river business earlier than he normally would due to the rise of the water on the Etowah, but nothing like up in Western NC, no. I don’t think any of the rest of my family up there was impacted all that much. She represents a district on the NW side of the state, and the storm ended up swinging out wide to the east instead. I live east of ATL, and we were just on the western edge of the storm’s impact. The worst hit counties are closer to the coast and further south than MTG’s district.
Her tactics, though, are to reject anything good being from a Democratic administration, no matter what the evidence. Some recent good news up there has been the building of a plant to make solar panels up where most of the industrial work is in carpet. That plant got a boost from the infrastructure plan that she voted against, but I promise that she takes credit for.
The Jews.
It’s always the Jews.
“They” are undoubtedly the Deep State, and the “how” is undoubtedly HAARP. I saw some conspiracy dingus invoke it on Twitter last week, unironically, and thought…
No love for Project SANGUINE?
I am inclined to blame Ben Bova juvenalia.
They’ve done a great job of keeping the weather perfect in CA all my 73 years alive.
Before somebody drops a house on you!
I mean, might be?
really? that would never have crossed my mind.
