Will we be surprised when this happens in the US?
Not to make light of the protests but why are apples and eggs breaking windows in Macedonia? Is it their mass, density, velocity, the angle they are thrown at, relatively low quality windows, or a mix of everything?
No, we will not. We will be blasé. We will have been conditioned by years of people expecting the worst from their leaders, police and government and not doing anything about it. When the really bad crap starts to go down we will only have ourselves to blame.
