I love sriracha sauce like a thousand fiery suns. I just put it over my red beans and rice this evening at dinner. Yum.
Sriracha is also wonderful on Pizza, chicken and pulled pork. Makes a good addition to jerky marinade as well.
It’s a versatile sauce. I credit the fact that it’s sweet but not “sugary” and spicy but not sticky-spicy like some Mexican hot sauces, where you’ll have flare-ups of spice for hours on end.
It’s pretty spicy, but will wash out of your mouth in a reasonable amount of time.
Hello,
Here is another good article on Mr. Tran and Huy Fong Goods, Inc.:

Sriracha hot sauce purveyor turns up the heat
Los Angeles Times, April 12, 2013
Very interesting reading!
I am so tempted to buy that.
The author seems to be under the impression that all sriracha is Huy Fong Sriracha (or a knockoff thereof.) While it’s hands-down the most popular brand in the U.S., and not to take away anything from Mr. Tran, but “sriracha” is generically a traditional sauce dating back centuries at least.
