Michelin-starred inn uses mannequins to make things less weird

We’re about 20% of the way there I think.

It could be also used in churches. Better of course if the music is played on PPG, Juno, DX7 and a Synclavier synths.

Mannequins? Bah. Wax-museum dummies? Bah. Plasticized corpses of COVID casualties? Yeah! Don’t just let them rot on gurneys in clinic corridors, or plant them to feed ungrateful worms and bacteria. Restore, recycle, and re-use! Embed mics and speakers for conversation, vibrators so they’ll quiver, and gyros to keep them upright. I should file for a patent.

Why generic, run-of-the-mill mannequins, though?
Especially in this place?

Really clever pun.
Im just happy people can finally eat in peace and quiet while watching others eat without inhibition.

I wonder if Anne Francis will be there.

I’d like to come in as a solo and ask to be seated at a mannequin table.
Then, I would pretend I was Arnold talking to Dolores.

Shouldn’t the headline be ‘Michelin-starred inn uses mannequins to make things less weird?
