Perhaps try minor misspellings (leaving out the quotes, lest it actually has grouping): “Micky Mouse”, “Mickey the mouse”, “Mickey mice”, “mouse known as mickey” “Walt’s mouse” “minnie’s beau” “steamboat willie mouse”. All that it needs is the correct reference to appear somewhere in the statistical ‘neighborhood’.
Should be a non-issue in another 45 days. The original Mickey Mouse will fall into public domain on January 1st.

So it’s ok as long as the victim doesn’t have an army of lawyers on retainment.
It’s too late for that, but I think Disney are going to let the copyright end because Mickey Mouse is pretected under trademark law. Nothing actually changes but Disney get to be the good guys, if you aren’t looking too closely.
