I’m so glad someone of her talent and compassion is bearing witness to this dark episode in American history.
Abolish ICE. And abolish any crony corporation that has made the choice to profit off this misery and cruelty, from the private prison companies right down to the two local taxi companies that have been granted a monopoly on taking people to and from the camps.

Sometimes there is no why - cruelty is its own reward.
