Good stuff. I remember seeing it in 1994 at a “festival of animation” at a theatre. way before that there internetz.

The original original soundtrack is super charming. It has foley and a darker, frantic tone. After a few minutes of searching I don’t see it on YouTube. Maybe someone can find it and link it.
