Damn - that’s it! His drug-addled expression was driving me crazy, watching the video, because it was so weird yet so familiar - and I couldn’t place why it was familiar. That’s it, that’s what it made me think of (familiar to me from many memes). Oh gods, this is hilarious. He’s becoming a meme, which is so appropriate.
