Apparently the elephants march now enjoys 24 hour TV coverage in China and the beasts have caused a million bucks worth of damage. But you got to break a few eggs to make a hamlet…or something.

The elephants can easily pay for the damage by demanding royalty on all the photos and stories. I’m not sure if those losing property will be compensated, but overall the entertainment value of these elephants is a lot more than one million.

Let’s just hope they manage to find a good spot to stay at the end of their march.
