Doesn’t matter. The figleaf of “someone must have identity thefted me so they could pretend to be me instead of using their own name on porn forums” just needs to keep the case alive for three weeks. It’s a ridiculous argument, but it’s enough to let him file and give people who otherwise like him permission to keep supporting him, and it may even be enough to survive a motion to dismiss (if we even get that far).
