131 stand for ACA or "Anti-Communist Action. I have seen their stickers they are mostly about helicopter rides and copies of antifa stickers with different colors. Those are of course gone now.

Chief among them is a speakerphone conversation set up by April Gaede between her daughters and white supremacist terrorist David Lane, who was in prison serving a 190-year sentence for his part in the 1984 machine-gun murder of a Jewish radio talk show host in Denver. (Lane died shortly after filming was completed.)
“When the girls were little they were like daughters or something,” says Lane, 69, who later calls twins Lynx and Lamb — who were 14 at the time — his “fantasy sweethearts.” “Now that they are grown women, and being a natural male, it’s… well, you know what I’m trying to say.”

It’s just part of a pattern by the right, where the accusations they throw out (when they aren’t just pure projection) aren’t something they actually believe to be true, or even think is something bad necessarily, but are simply useful cudgels that will upset other people. (Trump being the ultimate example of the phenomenon, as he constantly feigns outrage - over things he himself does - because he thinks other people will be outraged.) This guy wasn’t upset about the idea of drag queens molesting children, because he almost certainly didn’t actually believe it (much less care), whatever he claimed.
This is especially true of the mainstream right-wing use of the “groomer” (and related) labels - when pressed, they will admit to basically redefining the word (to something meaningless that would equally apply to them), they only use that word, disingenuously, because the word has so much power.

It certainly is but I think “Neo-Nazi leader charged with child abuse” would be a pretty vague way to describe the crime since abuse can take so many forms.
“Charged with possession of child sexual exploitation materials” maybe?
