It’s supposed to sink. It’s a submarine.

Sinking at the dock happened to a boat a friend was on-adjusting the trim with front and back hatches open, it took on rather a lot of water.

There are some controversies. Some military enthusiasts have pointed out that this shipyard does not build nuclear submarines, but rather submarines with diesel-electric engines.
