It’s NOLA, so haunted is standard…

Perhaps it is haunted by the ghost of Schrodinger’s cat.

Legal Counsel approved sign: Not haunted, but ‘street ghosts’ may drop in every now and then.

Given how absurd prices around the Quarter have gotten, it’s whichever one will persuade you to pay even more for it.

Does “haunting” make the price go up or down?

If down, good news prospective buyers! Ghosts aren’t real. Maybe get it checked for carbon monoxide though. Also may have plumbing issues or it’s settling.

On the upside, given the water table for New Orleans, there is a very high percentage that there won’t be bodies buried in the basement.

But that would mean Schrodinger’s cat is definitely dead!

Haunted is standard but “cursed” brings in the big bucks.
