There is one that looks like it is on a concrete slab the others not so much. That concrete slab is over an unreinforced masonry retaining wall that is surcharged which is also illegal in hillside grading in CA. The entire backyard is a structural seismic disaster from the vantage point of an architect that routinely works in the hills of CA, which I am.

The house by itself is not so bad. The house with that idiot-ass “scuplture” is a malignant eyesore that should be nuked until the ground under it is glass.
