That looks like a lucky charms / Fairly Odd Parents cross-over.
Back in the early '00s, I worked in an office building that had been recently vacated by Owl Magazine. It’s been a while, but I’m pretty sure I remember some intensely colorful / geometric carpets in there, like what you’d see in a kindergarten.
That there’s a consensus that the design sucks?
