Since the patient was in Mexico, I’m guessing Modelo. Poor bastard had to have parts of his sigmoid colon and rectum removed.

I recently listened to a BBC podcast of “In Our Time” about crocodiles and it was very interesting.
It turns out they’re older than dinosaurs and have taken up many ecological niches over the years, including various herbivorous species.
There have also been long-legged species with hooves, which is terrifying.
