Indiana Jones showed graphically that you should never bring a knife to a gunfight. And anyone in media fandom will know this. So why would Darrien Hunt threaten the police with a big knife, especially one that wasn’t even sharp? He certainly wouldn’t!
With all of the bullets striking him from behind, it should be obvious that the police were totally at fault here.

I have to disagree with you about the 12 year old.
[/quote]You might want to read what you just wrote again. The “12 year old.” The cops needed to shoot a 12 year old. That is just absolutely deranged.
Ah, the Giuliani derailment tactic huh? Perhaps it might surprise you to know that the majority of white men who are murdered are killed by white men or that the majority of Asian men who are murdered are killed by Asian men or that the majority of Hispanic men who are murdered are killed by Hispanic men. In the case of white on white vs black on black killings, the difference is only 8%. It seems people kill people they know and in their own neighborhoods.
In all demographics, you are much more likely to be murdered by a person of your own race than a police officer. But you want to spin the facts and focus solely on the black on black violence as if that somehow makes cop on minority violence excusable.
Here is a very hastily created blow-up/slow-down of the first clip in the original video. A friend asked for this to establish Darrien was wearing ear-bug headphones --which I think he pretty clearly was-- but I found to the complete absence of reaction from the woman who brushes by him even more interesting. That someone didn’t find him threatening seems clear.
