Sorry buddy. I realized not everyone here would get the reference, but I didn’t think it would actually piss anyone off.
For the record, I live in a decent sized city, and for a long time I lived right on the main strip in a popular neighborhood. Ironically I did grow up near an airport and thought I’d developed an immunity to noise, but I found my sleep regimen lacking after a few years in the city: sirens, drunks at 3am, loud music blaring from cars, neighbors having loud sex, dogs barking, illegal fireworks (and at least once gunshots), and one guy with a Harley who drove to work at the crack of dawn.
So I know where you’re coming from.
