This. I’m not going to invest a lot of thought into whether high paid professional NFLers should be saved from themselves (or each other), but the pyramid of school athletics that support the pro league are more concerning.
I’ve been enjoying watching motorcycle racing in recent years, but the more I learn about the junior leagues and every single pro-bound rider sporting at least some titanium in their repaired collar bones, well, it takes off some of my enthusiasm.
