Pardons aplenty. They are buddies. What do you think will happen, even if he gets the max 45 year sentence? PARDON, followed by a very large “campaign” donation to Don Jon.

Cosmic retribution.
Trump doesn’t have buddies. He has people who he believes can benefit him in some way. All his relationships are transactional.
The only way Epstein gets any kind of pardon from Trump is if Trump believes he has something to personally gain from the arrangement.

On the other hand, I suppose that prison makes it easier for his enemies – members of the Ruling Class whom he has blackmailed, for example – to quietly commission his murder. Which I don’t want. Sing your blackmail song or suffer in the pen for life, or better yet both, you evil rape-bird.
