They may be legislatively defined as towns, but they are not what anyone would consider to be an actual town.

True, but that patch of land is owned by Mark Cuban, so it’s less of a town & more of a fiefdom.

Yeah, even South Park View, the only supposed (former) “real” town, looking at pictures and maps, I would have assumed it, too, was another on-paper-only town, because there’s absolutely nothing there at this point - and it’s hard to believe anything was ever there. It’s just empty lots and some commercial space, in such a small area I find it difficult to believe it was ever considered a town, even when it had people.
