I like that most of the time the content is still largely tasteful, as opposed to, say, LiarTownUSA or Paperback Paradise, which tend to really push the envelope.

Their video content doesn’t seem to spread as widely as the images do, for understandable reasons.

I love Obvious Plant. They should be invited to guest author here. I’d be interested to learn more about how they come up with their many ridiculous ideas.

Just look at what their god has done to supplicants’ fingers. Truly mighty.

Also, do prawns have lobster claws?

I, for one, welcome our new crustacean deity

Yup. I originally was going to go with an even more Obvious Plant, Jason Bonham’s Wait For You, the singer sounds even more like Plant but that song is probably too Yikesville for BB.

No cassette? Now they tell me after I’d already paid for it! What a rip-off!

I certainly don’t… unless the finger thing gets sorted out.

I came here to post that :joy_cat:

Trawler-man of Tide and Flesh. Father in the Water.
You are the Mouth Devouring and the Mouth Returning,
You stand tall at the High Tide and crawl on your belly at the Low Tide.
Upon this day, we, your chosen faithful, offer you body and spirit
In the hope of your mercy and your favor,
In the hope of the bountiful catch, and the cleansing current.
From the wellspring to the sea.

The Silt Verses is a folk horror fiction podcast with a prawn god, but he’s extremely not funny.

I notice two things in your close up here. First, this church includes Clark Kent among its members, so that’s probably a bonus. Second, on the other hand, Clark does seem to be ignoring the impending murder of the poor unfortunate who apparently has two right arms.

I’m not even going to discuss the person on the right of the frame who’s phasing through the bench and lacks a head entirely. (Legs, more or less, a torso, okay, one short arm … and that’s apparently all of this being.)

I’ve always wondered if he really does plant them in stores to confuse people, because I would love to get my hands on some jazz crabs.
