He dressed in tactical gear, infiltrated the animal shelter, threatened an employee and restrained her, learned the whereabouts of his cat, then… didn’t get the cat. He returned the next day and was arrested… when he showed up like a normal person to get the cat.

Yeah, I was a fan of Fripp’s in during high school in the early 80s. I know that he worked with Bowie, and there was an issue about songwriting credit. But did he do something else @Mindysan33? (Dog, I hope not.) Maybe you just really like Toyah, which I get.
