I recognize so many of those costumes. There are a lot of minority tribes in China, and a fun part of domestic tourism is to rent the costumes and spend the day in an Old Town somewhere, with professional photo-taking to commemorate the visit. It’s not considered cultural appropriation there, despite the 95% Han heritage.
