I’m fascinated by the second photograph. Took me a few seconds to realize there is only one woman in the photo, with her back to the camera.

I’ve reflected upon seeing myself in a mirror then I realised it was just a reflection, I wasn’t in the mirror.

It’s interesting that it is common to see only the reflection of a woman’s face in the mirror in Japanese woodcut prints. Kinda pre-dates Margrit’s pipe in a painting. A re-presentation of the real.
