You would think as much as these folks talk about the 2nd Amendment they would have some understanding of the 1st

Take drug tests or be free from drugs? Because those aren’t the same.

This would have zero chance of surviving a 1st amendment challenge with an honest SCOTUS.

Maybe this guy should be required to take a drug test and an 8 hour course on the constitution before being allowed to propose laws.

The second amendment is there for the people who lack the rhetorical skills to effectively use the 1st amendment. The first amendment is for people like me, who lack the hand eye coordination necessary to effectively use a gun. The founders thought of everything.
