He’s selling them on ebay, this is to demonstrate just how darn good they are.
“Check out these boots! Look how easy they are to put on and take off. Nice quality rubber too!”
(Actually I think ebay won’t let you link to outside videos anymore, so scratch that.)
They’re too big, but rubber boots like that are also meant to be used with heavy socks and have pants tucked inside, so they run on the big side anyway.
Either for ovine reasons or filled with custard (or what the kink).
