Not dangerous enough to be an old timey go kart…
I recall my buddy’s ancient gokart that didn’t have any brakes; had an accelerator that would frequently stick wide open; and the only way to stop it was by pulling on a string connected to the sparkplug wire (or by crashing into something).
To begin with, I use the heck out of those plastic razor blades.
Also, I did see this in an auction catalog yesterday. It is not electric, but representative of a class of cars made for kids in the pre-war years. All I can say is that it must be nice…
