We have a pizza place here that serves greek nachos. And they’re fantastic. They also serve greek pizza which is also fantastic.
THere’s a place here that serves “Irish Nachos”. Basically they substitute very thick, soft-in-the-middle potato chips for the tortilla chips, and use cheddar instead of jack cheese.
I think we all know who’s responsible for this!

We’ve had these at certain Texas locations for a while now. I didn’t know it wasn’t part of the national menu.
This is the other “singularity”, where all food essentially becomes nachos.
