Looks a bit like a rip-off of this stuff from Germany, first sold there in 1976. (UK site linked to.)

The great thing about this stuff was that it also provided a mini-quadro kit to create models to test your desired creation on the tabletop before going outside to assemble it with the full-size stuff.

Not to be confused with “Omegle” , which is a chat platform for pedos.

Wow, my local hardware store sells this stuff too, but it’s called “PVC pipe”, has a wider variety of sizes and connectors, but the colors aren’t as cool.
