Ontario just closed schools for two weeks (three since next week was scheduled March break anyway). One more day of school and that’s it for three weeks! (This is around 2M children)

My brain just mangled together “Gov Northam” into “Gotham” and I was worried for bat man.
Pressure-swing adsorption oxygen generators are extremely simple and cheap to make if you have a compressor and the flow rate would be more than adequate. It’s also way safer because there’s no hydrogen involved. As @anon68287401 said, electrolysis is not the way to go due to current consumption. Also, such generator can be used for fun projects like thermal lance after the epidemic.
Well, that just about sums up my reaction as well.

I don’t know what to make of the U.K. government advice. They’ve decided to stop testing people in the first seven days of symptoms. They tell you not to even bother calling the non-emergency number. Just wait at home for seven days and hope that you get better. I’d be interested on a doctor’s take on these instructions
