My brain just mangled together āGov Northamā into āGothamā and I was worried for bat man.
Pressure-swing adsorption oxygen generators are extremely simple and cheap to make if you have a compressor and the flow rate would be more than adequate. Itās also way safer because thereās no hydrogen involved. As @anon68287401 said, electrolysis is not the way to go due to current consumption. Also, such generator can be used for fun projects like thermal lance after the epidemic.
