Look for Trump to claim credit further down the line for the resulting headways, successes, and resulting lower (than otherwise) virus stats to be achieved by those in health services, state/local governments, organizations, etc., who chose to not follow his so-called lead.

Just like last time. It’s like the moment his previous address ended he was already being contradicted.

Like my asthmatic, elderly, and Trump supporting MIL who decided that now is the perfect time to go on a Caribbean cruise.

How will he have time with all of his hard work bringing peace to the Middle East, advising Trump on foreign policy, and the 500 other things he’s supposedly responsible for?

Add that to the list of Seattle area companies that are sending everybody home. About the only good to come out of all of this is traffic has been great the past couple of weeks.

I mean, the real hell of it is, just about everyone, including the people saying this stuff, have friends and relatives who are vulnerable.

And, not to put too fine a point on it, even if you aren’t part of a vulnerable population, you could be in for a pretty rough ride.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Mayo Clinic announced Thursday that it has developed a test to detect the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.

According to Mayo Clinic, the test, which can detect the SARS-CoV-2 virus in clinical samples, has been fully validated. The SARS-CoV-2 virus causes COVID-19.

William Morice II, M.D., Ph.D., president of Mayo Clinic Laboratories, says the test should ease the burden on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as state public health laboratories.
