Oops! Museum worker tosses two beer cans in the trash — not realizing it was art

According to the post on the museum’s website, that Carla linked to:

Alexandre Lavet’s beer cans were exhibited inside the museum’s glass lift shaft, as if left behind by construction workers.

I initially read “work” as “worker”… then I thought, ‘On a plinth?’ as some sort of punishment?

What the custodian did was simply an aesthetic performance-based expression of his own art. We’ve all sadly missed that.
