I’d love to see foil included in this, too. A simulator might reduce the degree of difficulty involved in folding with different types of paper.

Yes. It is brilliant and funny in many levels. At first sight it looks like one of those language school videos about the culture of a country. Then, as the narrative unfolds, you notice some absurd things here and there. When you realize, you’re already laughing at the tongue-in-cheek tone of the video and enjoying the ride.
